Our utter contempt for Obama, Al-Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic terrorists in general is well documented and we make no apologies for it.
Politics has it's time, place and purpose. Fighting for ideals is as old as our beloved nation. However, comes a time when America is faced with a situation or decision so large it supersedes the "sport of politics." The quest for the truth regarding who launched the chemical attack in Syria, is such a situation.
America along with the free and civilized world has for decades held as a non-negotiable policy that the use of weapons of mass destruction will not be allowed. That any nation or group who uses these heinous weapons will be held to account and are assured of paying a most severe price. Former Presidents from both parties have echoed this policy in both words and deeds.
What happened in Syria is completely unacceptable. There can be no rational dispute that some type of WMD was in fact used. Adults and children were barbarically slaughtered in jaw-dropping numbers. The only primary question unanswered, the question we all face is, who did this?
Barack Obama has stated to America and the world that Assad and the Syrian Army were the executing party. That he as America's Commander in Chief has given our military orders to attack Syria. He now awaits a Congressional vote due in 7 to 10 days.
Syria is backed, funded and armed by Iran and Russia. The terrorist group Hezbollah also funded and armed by Iran and Russia, lives in Syria and possess around 40,000 missiles. Iran and Syria have roughly 120,000 missiles combined. Hezbollah, Iran and Syria have all threatened to destroy Israel if America attacks Syria. Make no mistake, their combined firepower could easily do this. Bibi has advised that if Israel is attacked, he will unload like nobody can imagine. Sound like a nightmare? It should, because it really is.
The mainstream media keeps emphasizing what Obama keeps saying that it will be a "narrow, limited shot across the bow." The media is selling the idea Assad and his allies will just sit and watch as Obama puts on a mega billion dollar fireworks show. For the record, when any nation fires a missile or missiles against another nation, it's an act of war. The nation whose address is on the incoming missiles has every right and is crazy suicidal, not to respond. Imagine if Pakistan launched missiles against America under the pretense it's only a shot across the bow. What the hell do you think America's response would be?

Barracuda Brigade has spent countless hours from the moment the first reports of the attack started coming in researching all we could find. We along with America have been lied to so many times by Barack Obama over the past 5 years, we simply believe nothing he or his administration says. We figure if Obama says it's raining, grab the swim trunks, sun tan lotion; head for the beach. Our search for the truth continues as we type. Our investigations lead us to espouse the view that the "Syrian/Al-Qaeda Rebels" had done this. However, it's not an open and shut case.
We imagine there are some out there who would quote former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by saying, "what difference does it make?" Well our response is this. Should it be revealed that the Obama backed Syrian/Al-Qaeda Rebels did this, then all aid must stop now. Any further suggestion of "propping up and upgrading" their capabilities would be rejected with prejudice. Also, any further illegal funding or arming of the rebels would lead to immediate charges of treason.
Conversely, if it turns out the facts prove Assad did this. That he's done this several times in the past 2 years, then America and the civilized world has a "hell of a decision" to make. America is a war weary nation. The years of conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan have taken their toll. This weariness is not exclusive to America. Our dear and most dependable ally Britain voted "no go" on action in Syria. The first time since 1782 a British Prime Minister has lost a "use of force" vote. France today has indicated if America's Congress votes no, they will not support or join an Obama led attack on Syria.
Barack Obama's utter incompetence has been on full display during the past two years regarding Syria. His actions in the past ten days are just the clown's hat of the costume. In the process of this circus performance, Obama has destroyed the credibility of America. Our allies have no confidence in Obama and America. Our enemies have complete confidence in Obama's futility, and by extension, America's futility.
Having said all this Barracuda Brigade has made the following decision. Starting at 7:00 pm. cst. on 9/3/13 the Barracuda Brigade Blog will devote our entire attention to answering the question who did this? We will post only Syria related material until Congress and America makes their decision. We furthermore are declaring a blog limited, self-initiated "Political Cease Fire." The issue we face is far too serious for "political sport." This blog will not demean, attack or impugn any fellow Americans or Her elected leaders as we debate this issue. We ask Congress to seek and report the answers to the following questions to America's citizens:
1: Who carried out this attack?
2: Have they done it before?
3: What is Bibi and Israel's position? Are we coordinating this attack with them?
4: Define with specifics who are the Syrian Rebels
5: What percentage composition of the Syrian Rebels are Al-Qaeda or Al-Qaeda affiliates?
6: What are the contingency plans and do we have enough fire power present if Syria, Hezbollah, Iran or Russia fire at us or our allies?
7: What is the goal of this attack?
8: How will accomplishing the goal be known and identifiable?
9: Will any boots on the ground be used?
10: Are there any boots on the ground in Syria as of today?
11. What will Congress do if no is the final vote and Obama attacks anyway?
12: Will Britain and other allies have military assets close by, so if a "shooting match" breaks out, we're not alone in the Mediterranean Sea?
Barracuda Brigade will issue our final conclusion and how we encourage Congress to vote, prior to Congress's vote. This will be done after all the facts, intelligence, eyewitness reports and any other evidence has been presented.
