Supreme Court rules Voter ID Laws are Constitutional and allows them. Obama claims racism and decides he has more authority then the Supreme Court. Isn't that pretty much what Morsi did in Egypt?

Holder Ignores Supreme Court ~> Sues Texas Over Voting Rights Law ~> Breaking
Posted on 10:31 AM by Unknown
When the criminals are the ones in power, chaos and anarchy will surely reign.
“Today’s action marks another step forward in the Justice Department’s continuing effort to protect the voting rights of all eligible Americans,” Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement.”
“We will not allow the Supreme Court’s recent decision to be interpreted as open season for states to pursue measures that suppress voting rights. The Department will take action against jurisdictions that attempt to hinder access to the ballot box, no matter where it occurs.
On June 25, the Supreme Court threw out the most powerful part of the Voting Rights Act, whose enactment in 1965 marked a major turning point in black Americans’ struggle for equal rights and political power.
In the voter ID lawsuit, the U.S. government will contend that Texas adopted a voter identification law with the purpose of denying or restricting the right to vote on account of race, color or membership in a language minority group.
Intervening in the redistricting case would enable the federal government to present evidence about the purpose and effect of the Texas redistricting plans. A federal court in Washington, D.C., has previously held that Texas failed to meet its burden of proving that its 2011 redistricting plans and its 2011 voter identification law were not discriminatory.

Eric Holder & DEA Using NSA Wiretaps To Prosecute Americans ~> Lying To Judges & Defendants ~> Full Report
Posted on 10:15 AM by Unknown
We encourage all Americans, go back and review the videos and debates regarding the crafting and passing of the "Patriot Act." Read the actual act. It was designed and expressly prohibited that any information could be used except for the tracking, catching and prosecuting of terrorists and terrorist activities. In fact, it was limited in scope to aiding with foreigners contacting folks in America.
The 4th Amendment contrary to Holder and Obama's opinion exists, read it. Lying to Judges, prosecutors and defendants is not just criminal, they're major felonies. This cannot be tolerated, or our Judicial system is finished; toast.
REUTERS - A secretive U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration unit is funneling information from intelligence intercepts, wiretaps, informants and a massive database of telephone records to authorities across the nation to help them launch criminal investigations of Americans.
Although these cases rarely involve national security issues, documents reviewed by Reuters show that law enforcement agents have been directed to conceal how such investigations truly begin - not only from defense lawyers but also sometimes from prosecutors and judges.
The undated documents show that federal agents are trained to "recreate" the investigative trail to effectively cover up where the information originated, a practice that some experts say violates a defendant's Constitutional right to a fair trial. If defendants don't know how an investigation began, they cannot know to ask to review potential sources of exculpatory evidence - information that could reveal entrapment, mistakes or biased witnesses.
"I have never heard of anything like this at all," said Nancy Gertner, a Harvard Law School professor who served as a federal judge from 1994 to 2011. Gertner and other legal experts said the program sounds more troubling than recent disclosures that the National Security Agency has been collecting domestic phone records. The NSA effort is geared toward stopping terrorists; the DEA program targets common criminals, primarily drug dealers.
"It is one thing to create special rules for national security," Gertner said. "Ordinary crime is entirely different. It sounds like they are phonying up investigations."
THE SPECIAL OPERATIONS DIVISION
The unit of the DEA that distributes the information is called the Special Operations Division, or SOD. Two dozen partner agencies comprise the unit, including the FBI, CIA, NSA, Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Homeland Security. It was created in 1994 to combat Latin American drug cartels and has grown from several dozen employees to several hundred.
A QUESTION OF CONSTITUTIONALITY
"That's outrageous," said Tampa attorney James Felman, a vice chairman of the criminal justice section of the American Bar Association. "It strikes me as indefensible."
Lawrence Lustberg, a New Jersey defense lawyer, said any systematic government effort to conceal the circumstances under which cases begin "would not only be alarming but pretty blatantly unconstitutional."
Lustberg and others said the government's use of the SOD program skirts established court procedures by which judges privately examine sensitive information, such as an informant's identity or classified evidence, to determine whether the information is relevant to the defense.
"You can't game the system," said former federal prosecutor Henry E. Hockeimer Jr. "You can't create this subterfuge. These are drug crimes, not national security cases. If you don't draw the line here, where do you draw it?" More

Rep. Charlie Rangel ~> Tea Party Same "White Crackers" We Fought In South ~> Full Report
Posted on 10:14 AM by Unknown
Hey Charlie, you're a disgrace to Congress and America. This type of politics is a direct result of Obama and Holder's lead. Racial slurs directed at millions of American's from elected leaders. What's next and where will it lead us from here?
“It is the same group we faced in the South with those white crackers and the dogs and the police. They didn’t care about how they looked," Rangel said.
Because of this, Rangel said the Tea Party could be defeated using the same tactics employed against Jim Crow.
"It was just fierce indifference to human life that caused America to say enough is enough. ‘I don’t want to see it and I am not a part of it.’ What the hell! If you have to bomb little kids and send dogs out against human beings, give me a break,” said Rangel.

Holder Is Going After Texas On Voting Rights ~> One Month After The Supreme Court Gutted The Law
Posted on 10:48 PM by Unknown
Hey Holder ~> Don't mess with TEXAS !!!
BUSINESS INSIDER – Holder announced Thursday that the Justice Department would ask a court to require that Texas get clearance from the Justice Department before making any new changes to voting laws over the next decade. The move comes about a month after the Supreme Court struck down a key section of the landmark Voting Rights Act of 1965, and signals a new front in the Justice Department’s political battle with states over imposing new rules and restrictions on voting.
In a speech given at the annual National Urban League conference in Philadelphia, Holder said his request to the federal court in San Antonio, Texas, would be on the basis of a preclearance provision similar to that of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.
“This request to ‘bail in’ the state – and require it to obtain ‘pre-approval’ from either the department or a federal court before implementing future voting changes – is available under the Voting Rights Act when intentional voting discrimination is found,” Holder said, according to prepared marks distributed by the Justice Department.
“Based on the evidence of intentional racial discrimination that was presented last year in the redistricting case, Texas v. Holder – as well as the history of pervasive voting-related discrimination against racial minorities that the Supreme Court itself has recognized – we believe that the State of Texas should be required to go through a preclearance process whenever it changes its voting laws and practices.” More

John Rino McCain ~> Stand Your Ground Laws Must be Reviewed ~> Full Pathetic Report
Posted on 12:18 PM by Unknown
Sarah, the time has come to publicly renounce this RINO POS. Break all ties...Now!
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Sunday urged states to review their "stand your ground" laws amid a widening debate over the Trayvon Martin verdict and racial profiling. About two dozen states have laws that allow individuals to act in self defense during a conflict without attempting to retreat, including Arizona. A Florida jury's acquittal of George Zimmerman in Martin's killing has renewed debate over those statutes.
McCain said he "trusts the judgment" of the jury that acquitted Zimmerman, but said that "stand your ground" rules need a second look.
"I am confident that the members of the Arizona legislature will [review] this very controversial legislation," McCain said on CNN's "State of the Union."

NAACP Demand DOJ & Obama File Federal Hate Crime Charges Against Zimmerman ~> Full Report
Posted on 11:16 AM by Unknown
This Race-Baiting rally was organized and paid for by the DOJ and Obama, with Our Tax Dollars. See link at end of story.
The NAACP is calling for the Department of Justice to prosecute George Zimmerman for shooting Florida teen Trayvon Martin, with President Benjamin Jealous saying the organization is "outraged and heartbroken" over the trial jury's not guilty verdict.
"We will pursue civil rights charges with the Department of Justice, we will continue to fight for the removal of Stand Your Ground laws in every state, and we will not rest until racial profiling in all its forms is outlawed," Jealous said in a statement released after the verdict.
The Justice Department had already opened a civil rights probe in the Zimmerman case before the case came to trial, ABC reports, and a spokeswoman said Saturday the department will continue to "evaluate the evidence generated during the federal investigation, as well as the evidence and testimony from the state trial."
The Rev. Al Sharpton called Zimmerman's acquittal a "slap in the face to the American people," while insisting the trial "is only the first round in the pursuit of justice."
"We intend to ask the Department of Justice to move forward as they did in the Rodney King case and we will closely monitor the civil case against Mr. Zimmerman," Sharpton said Saturday. "I will convene an emergency call with preachers tonight to discuss next steps and I intend to head to Florida in the next few days."
